[Gmsh] basic error on gmsh

Dear sir
a)Was unable to draw a line on gmsh geometry, the interface don't take any point, but continuosly ask for a start point
b)when i ask for a new file, the interface send a dialog box with new on taskbar, but the button is 2Save" instead of "Open" ?
This is a basic bug, on simple task.
This happen with windows 8.1 with gmsh version 2.16 and also 3.00
