[Gmsh] fillet and coherence behavior

HI Guillaume,

I've modified Gmsh so that the solids to fillet are correctly oriented, automatically. The latest snapshot should thus work for the previous file. (The numbering of the edges has changed, though - so you will need to adapt the script).
