Open your file and adjust your viewport ; then File->Export and choose a filename with ".opt" extension - it will contain all the options. You can edit this and re-use it for other plots ; important parameters are

General.GraphicsHeight
General.GraphicsWidth
General.ScaleX
General.ScaleY
General.ScaleZ
General.TrackballQuaternion0
General.TrackballQuaternion1
General.TrackballQuaternion2
General.TrackballQuaternion3
General.TranslationX
General.TranslationY
