[Gmsh] Plugin development

Hello everyone,

Has anyone had success with C++ gmsh plugin development? I've made a .dll
with the required RegisterPlugin function and linked to the executable but
cannot seem to get the plugin to run or even be acknowledged by gmsh. Is
there perhaps additional work I need to do in the GUI?
