I seem to have forgotten to attach the .geo file. Please find it attached.

Subject: [Gmsh] Join Splines Smoothly

Hi,

I'm meshing a NACA0012 airfoil for an Euler computation. In order to obtain a structured mesh and to control the refinement in different zones, I'm breaking up the surface geometry into three splines (attached the .geo file). However, adopting this strategy results in discontinuities in curvature at the junction of the splines. Is there any way around this?

Alternatively, using a single spline to describe the surface geometry results in almost imperceptible waviness which is noticeable in the pressure distribution. Should I be observing this behaviour?

Thanks a lot!

Kind regards,

Henrique
