[Gmsh] R: R: R: ellipsoid issue

I get
Error : Unable to recover the edge 98 (7/16) on curve 10 (on surface 3)
using latest Gmsh git with both OCC 7.3.0 and 7.3.1 (i.e. the official
binary) in GNU/Linux.
