[Gmsh] How to use a Field as a View

Dear All,


I am trying to use several MathEval commands to create a proper Background Field. I want to check the results of my intermediate calcualtions but I am not able to convert the fields of the .geo file into a view in the GUI.

I already read this post: http://onelab.info/pipermail/gmsh/2009/004477.html but the FieldView Plugin is somehow not available and I receive these errors:

Unknown option 'iField' or plugin 'FieldView' ...


Is there another plugin which is able to do this conversion?
