[Gmsh] transfer physical groups to patches in version 4.3.0

It looks like an issue to discuss with the openfoam guys. If you posted a
diff of what was the expected output and which is the current one maybe
someone might be able to help you out.

On the other hand, I updated the .msh2 reader to .msh4 in my FEM codes in a
couple of hours last year. Folks at openfoam should do that too.
