Indeed currently our binary builds are compiled without OpenMP support (we haven't yet found a good way to distribute those in a simple way). So you'll have to recompile Gmsh from source : see e.g. https://gitlab.onelab.info/gmsh/gmsh/-/wikis/Gmsh-compilation
