[Getdp] Semiconductors with GetDP

Dear Christophe, Dear GetDP-Users,

I recently discovered this great piece of software (gmsh/getpd) and it is 
really a pleasure to work with.
I like to use the software to simulate semi-conducting devices. It would 
be great if anybody could provide me with information about algorithms and 
experiences for a electrostatic or ever better for electrodynamic case 
(Self-consistant calculations: The field distribution in a configuration 
with metals, dielectika and semiconductors under current flow).
