Dear Patrick:

I would like to know if you have been able to obtain an example with hysteresis (Preisach, Jiles-Atherton or another one..) that you can send to me...
I only need a simplified model that represents magnetic hysteresis....

Thanks to respond...

Best regards..!!

Dear Patrick:

Thanks to respond...
I agree with you in which it is very necessary to construct a Preisach Model routine.
For my work the Preisach Model is not necessary... can be Jiles-Atherton.!!
I only need a simplified model that represents magnetic hysteresis.
I believe that Jiles-Atherton routine implemented in GetDP exists, but I am not expert in GetDP and I not like using it.
It would be thankful if you have a hysteresis model that you can send me (It can be Jiles-Atherton or another one.!!)

With respect to Johan Gyselinck... I do not have answer
You have an updated e-mail of him?

Best Regards,

Christian Geikowsky R.

Dear Christian,

There is still some work to do in GetDP to study hysteresis. This is a work we should try to do in the next months. Is a Preisach model necessary for your application or a kind of Jiles-Atherton could be enough?

One colleague of mine, Johan Gyselinck, who is now at the ULB (Brussels) have a high experience in hysteresis. Have you already contact him?

Best regards,

Patrick

I thank for the suggestion enormously
the PostProceso works correctly...

I need to make another question...

You have some example with magnetic hysteresis in GetDP?

I understand that exist works with the Preisach model, possibly implemented in GetDP.
I am not expert in GetDP and I need to model a typical hysteresis loop (anyone) for the nucleus of a transformer.
Again I thank for your help...

Best regards....
