[Gmsh] File Formats for newer Windows executables

Folks,

We noticed that the newer Windows executables ( i.e . those that no longer
need the cygwin dll and are presumably compiled with MingW ; I think it is
version 1.64 and higher) produce text files of the DOS type. So, third party
programs that read GMSH produced meshes or solutions and expect UNIX-style
end-of-line will work well with files generated with the older versions, but
might get confused with the newer ones. It is easy to fix this by running
dos2unix on your new files.

I hope this is useful.

Jacques
