[Gmsh] Volume Meshing a sphere with reasonably homogenous edgelengths

I'm not sure what I did, but I got it to compile eventually.

Anyway, it does not seem that the Delaunay algorythmn helps much. Now I
get min and max edgelengths:

max:  0.438965350047
min:  0.0677538954905

which is ever so slightly better, but still a bit off the mark.
