[Gmsh] Gmsh

The non-graphical version of Gmsh should now compile with Microsoft 
Visual C++. Just download a recently nightly source snapshot, edit 
variables.msvc to match your local installation, and rename it 
"variables". Then type "make" (you still need GNU make, e.g. from cygwin).
