[Gmsh] Volume creation problem

Christophe;

The attached file creates 4 additional points around point 3 (as well as others) that appear to be truncation issues in creating the solid of revolution.  How do I keep that from occurring?

It looks like your volume is not closed: see e.g. lines 29 and 272.
