[Gmsh] Volume creation problem

All;

I figured out how to use:
   Geometry.Tolerance = 1.e-3;
   Coherence;
to fix some issues with closing lines and surfaces.

The attached GEO file is having some weird, asymmetric griding issues as you can see in the attached PNG file.  from the symmetry, I'm inclined to believe it's not an issue with the GEO file -- maybe there's a workaround.

It looks like your volume is not closed: see e.g. lines 29 and 272.
