[Gmsh] Meshing of internal surface loops in 3D

The problem was fully resolved in so easy way.

My misunderstanding originated from my former program interface to 2D 
GMSH. It was capable to create correct input data to GMSH dependent on 
internal loops orientation. And of course I forgot about this.

Hence (to not to confuse someone) I must note that orientation of 
surfaces doesn’t influence on meshing the volumes in GMSH. Only explicit 
declaration of Volumes does.
