[Gmsh] meshing cylinder separately

It is still meshing all the geometry at once. Could you please point out the error?

You can recover the surfaces as:

vol[]=Extrude {0,0,1} {
  Surface{6};
};
sizeVol = #vol[] ;
Physical Surface(1) = {6} ;
Physical Surface(2) = {vol[0]} ;
Physical Surface(3) = {vol[{2:sizeVol-1}]} ;
