[Gmsh] a problme about extrude

Hi professor,

I  am phd student from Missouri University of S&T.

First thanks for your excellent work on this mesh generator, it helped me a lot.

I have a problem when I use gmsh 2.5.0.

By opening the attached .geo file there will be a fatal error.

The problem happens at the last step  which is Extrude {0, 0, 10e-3} { Surface{39}; }

Could you please give me some suggestion about this problem. Thanks a lot.
