[Gmsh] memory bug

Dear Sir,

1. When I try to use the attached file on my VTK file and create a 3D mesh,
gmsh gives errors (which I think are related to memory).
Error: Vertex (some hex code) (some coordinates) not found.
The error sometimes occurs more than once. I did not encounter this error
on version 2.5.

2. I am using Arch Linux, and built the package from the AUR (arch user
repository). That was because I could not compile normally (due to some
undefined reference to openmpi). That is also weird, since I configured it
to work without MPI. It might be related to my PETSc build (version3.2
since SLEPc 3.2 is not compatible with PETSc 3.3). My PETSc build is also
configured to work without MPI. I have OpenMPI 1.6.2 installed from the
Arch Servers.

3. By the way, the compiled binaries from the site do not work because the
kernel and libraries are up-to-date to the most recent versions. I think
there is nothing to do about that.

Yours faithfully
Onur
