[Gmsh] using gmsh blossom quad with shared lib

Dear all

Im working on mesh generation for a spectral element model for free
surface flow. I have a triangle mesh and i would like to used Gmsh
Blossom-Quad for quadrilateral mesh generation. I linked to Gmsh from
my program and tried to make translate my triangle mesh to the Gmsh
triangle mesh format and use the recombination to generate the quad
mesh.

Does somebody have a "simple as possible" programming example of
triangle mesh to quad mesh using the Gmsh shared lib.
