[Gmsh] gmsh meshing

Hi,
I have the following problem using gmsh: I wanted to use a mesh with
hexaedron and at the end of the meshing process, I get the following error:

Error   : Cannot tetrahedralize volume with quadrangles on boundary.

Can you give me some advice to circumvent that error.
