[Gmsh] Could not orient surface normal ?

I used: Geometry->Color->Highlight orphan entities.

I often also 

- generate a surface grid
- create a post-processing view based on the grid (Plugin->New view)
- compute the boundary of the grid (Plugin->Skin) and check if it is empty
