[Gmsh] gmsh crash

This is the first time I've ever come across a password-protected bug
tracker ;)

Bug report filed:

https://onelab.info/trac/gmsh/ticket/289#ticket

The file is in the google drive link.

Out of curiosity (now working with a different model that's not
crashing gmsh directly - the other one wasn't a memory-related crash):
are there parameters one can alter with GMSH to reduce its memory
usage? I have a model with 36k points and 136k faces, and my computer
seemed to basically lock up last night when gmsh had been running for a
few hours (and ultimately, when I woke up, gmsh had crashed due to what
appears to be running out of memory). My computer only has 8GB.

The parameters for the new run are:

 /usr/local/bin/gmsh /tmp/tmpC4Ud4h.step -3 -format unv -o
/tmp/Mesh0700
01_Mesh.unv -algo netgen -clmax 5,00 -optimize -order 2

Maybe a higher clmax?
