[Gmsh] boundary layer mesh generation suggestion

Hi Gmsh team:

I want to consult you about the generation of a boundary layer mesh. I am
trying get a cardiovascular FSI mesh, which may requires a boundary layer
for the fluid domain and a solid wall layer. Do you have any suggestions
for generating such kind mesh from a surface file?
