[Gmsh] coherence tetra and hexa mesh

Bonjour,

Je fais appel à votre aide pour savoir comment mailler un volume en 
combinant tétraèdres et héxaèdres. 
Veuillez trouver ci-dessous un exemple avec une box maillée en héxa et une 
sphère maillée en tétra.
Comment rendre les maillages cohérents en les unissant tout en conservant 
un maillage héxa pour la box
et un maillage tétra pour la demi-sphère non comprise dans la box?
Est-ce possible?
