[Gmsh] Trouble with mesh-files

Hello.

I work for the local IT at NTNU EPT and I have a question regarding an issue one of the employees here have had with your program.
The client is looking after a "Save as" option, in order to be able to save the files as ".msh"-files, but this feature is omitted, despite being referenced in guides and
tutorials online. Would this brief explanation give you any idea of what's going on?
I have tried a couple things, for example specifying that it has to be a mesh-file when clicking "New file" or editing the file-extension to the ones that don't work, but all of it has been to no use. Files that have been made by others work, by the way.
Apparently his situation is pretty urgent as well, so a quick response would be nice.
