[Getdp] Another null right hand side

Hi folks,

I'm trying to do something new for me: a coupled time-dependent
formulation. Attached is a zip of the files for the problem.

In summary, I have a diffusion problem for a (photon) density with a
source term on the boundary: that works fine. Then I'm trying to solve
an analogous diffusion problem for a second  density, where the source
of the second density is a body term in a subregion that is
proportional to the first density in that subregion. But I'm getting:
null right hand side.

Any comments would be appreciated.
