[Getdp] MovingBand2D doesn't support higher oder Element

[Mang Cai]

Dear sir,

once i set Mesh.ElementOrder =2, following Error Message appears:
MovingBand2D_contour must contain only line elements.

Can you give me some advices to fix this problem?
Since for cogging torque calculation, higher order element provides 
better results.
