BTW, I tested the latest GL2PS release on Win32 and the earlier
warnings are all gone now. The suggested "wb" fix for the
vtkGL2PSExporter also works perfectly and the PDFs generated on
Windows seem to render just fine, except for our favorite font problem
of course.
