Prabhu - I think the best way to handle this at the moment is to only
use the standard fonts for PDF files, without any attributes. (In other
words: when you output a PDF stream, just ignore the Italic/Bold/etc.
attributes in your GL2PS wrapper.)

Having the code working (although not optimally) is much better than not
working at all (in this case, producing broken PDF files)...
