[gl2ps] bug & patch for aligned & rotated LaTeX text

I'm a participant of the Octave development team. We identified a problem with how text is rotated and aligned for the GL2PS_TEX output.

The problem is that the alignment/rotation of the text was done in the wrong order.

I've put together a trivial patch. It tests correctly for me (I can provide some examples, if desired).
