[gl2ps] bug & diff when aligning rotated LaTeX strings

I'm a participant of the Octave development team. We identified a problem with how text is rotated and aligned for the GL2PS_TEX output.

The problem is that the alignment/rotation of the text was done in the wrong order.

I've put together a trivial patch. It tests correctly for me. As I'm not proficient in c programmer, it would be a good idea to look it over.
