[Gmsh] Mysterious crashes...

Hello,

I was very annoyed with gmsh constantly crashing ... until I noticed there
was not enough free space on the current directory, i.e. the one where I
started gmsh. Throwing away a lot of old files (meshes, ...) helped a
lot. My feeling is that, somewhere in the process
mesh->pre->cal->sol, something goes wrong, leading to incorrect data file.
So I suggest that, in case writing to a file fails,
1) to deliver an explicit error message
2) to destroy immediatly the incorrect file, to avoid further crashes.

Best regards

Pascal Dupuis
