[Gmsh] bug report - Physical line problem

Hi,
 
first of all, i wish you a happy new year !! 
 
Please find attached 2 file, a *.geo and a *.msh. I've got some problems
with the physical line 67. I define it but it doesn't appear in the mesh
file. I use the 1.58 version of GMSH.
 
I tried to use an older version (1.46). In that case, there's no problem
with the physical line 67 but there's others ....
