Hello Maxime - It's not a bug: it's due to the fact that you're
specifying the element numbers explicitly in the Extrude command (you
are assigning the number 10000 to all the elements created in the layer).
You can either use 10000 when you create your Physical Line, or (and I
think this is a better idea since you only use one layer) let Gmsh use
its normal, automatic numbering scheme.
I've attached a corrected file that uses this second approach.
