[Gmsh] some comments on Gmsh

Hello,

after using Gmsh 1.65.0 for some 3D meshing, i want to give some
comments to this really nice tool. All below is related to the GUI
version under linux.

1.) An explicit "save" deletes all parameter definitions in the geo
file. That is really annoying. (At least an extra warning in the check
question?) Canceling the "Delete" (see 5.) is ok.

2.) lock between editor and Gmsh

3.) It is disturbing, that Gmsh coredumps when some error in the
external modules arrises.

4.) If the geo file is buggy, duplicate points surfaces or so, a 3D mesh
is not displayed or exported without any hint. Especially if using
triangle and netgen/tetgen.

5.) And in addition to the delete function a renumber/cleanup function
would be nice instead of "Delete" entry.

6.) Sometimes a parameter name appears as name in the visibility list,
but i have found no way to specify a name of an item.

By the way, thanks for this great tool, after what i have looking for a
long time.

Thanks,
   Ingo D. Rullhusen
