[Gmsh] Abaqus translator

Hi,
I am not sure if it will work, but it's worth a try..
Calculix has an Abaqus-like  input deck.
On the website of caelinux.com you can find a translator from the I-Deas 
unv file (which gmsh exports) to Calculix.

I made a couple of changes on the script, but I can only test them with 
Calculix and not with Abaqus.
They are Python scripts, and the unv to abaqus converter is really 
short, so if you need a little tuning it would be easy to modify it.

One last thing:
the script was made to convert a unv file generated from salome. At the 
moment it cannot translate 1D elements, and excludes from the 
translation all the elements in the groups with names starting with X_ 
(for exclude...)
