[Gmsh] Matlab reader for file format 1 and 2

Hello

With the help and suggestions from Raoul Lorphèvre I updated and improved the 
reader. 

The version attached is expected to be much faster and, by default, equivalent 
to the old reader (just some extra info).

The comments should be sufficient, but if they aren't or someone finds more 
bugs, please let me know.
