[Gmsh] Removing surface points

Hi,


I am trying the meshing of IGES and STEP models in Gmsh and it has performed beyond my expectations.

I realize external CAD edit is not yet supported but on sharp corners as the one shown in the figure it would be nice to be able to delete these points to have a more uniform mesh.
