[Gmsh] gmsh 2.2.5 failing to mesh

Hello,

I have a model which fails to mesh. gmsh says its meshing it (console) 
but nothing happens. (0s)

I have seen this same behaviour with STL models previously and simply 
assumed that gmsh could not handle stl files.

However this is a step model of a type that gmsh previously did mesh well.

I have attached the model.
