[Gmsh] mesh problem on a cylinder

That's strange: over here all mesh sizes work, e.g.

gmsh cylinder.brep -clscale 5 -3
gmsh cylinder.brep -clscale 10 -3
gmsh cylinder.brep -clscale 50 -3
gmsh cylinder.brep -clscale 100 -3
