[Gmsh] Am I the only one?

The latest stable release of yesterday, seemed to work without problems 
on my laptop btw you let me know that there is a new version.
Also version 2.3 was working without problems. Just as a follow up to 
your question, my system is HPCompaq6710b, xubuntu 9.04 x86_64.
