[Gmsh] how to transform target element volume to target element size?

Hi Ziyu,

The simplest idea that comes to my mind:
If you assume that the mesh is isotropic and the mesh generator 
aims at creating the most regular shape you can calculate target
edge length from the volume assuming equilateral triangle or 
regular tetrahedron.
