[Gmsh] meshing problem : ERROR: Edge 236 - 237 multiple times in surface mesh

Dear gmsh team,

I have a complex volume to mesh containing OCC geometric features.
gmsh loads my .geo without warning
gmsh can mesh in 2D without warning
but crash or seem to be lost in infinite loop for the 3D mesh. Only frontal algo seems to mesh (and to finish) with following error message (~100) :

ERROR: Edge 235 - 236 multiple times in surface mesh 
Error   : ERROR: Edge 236 - 237 multiple times in surface mesh 
Error   : ERROR: Surface mesh not consistent 
Error   : ERROR: Stop meshing since surface mesh not consistent 

Do you have an idea of the kind of problem and of the meaning of such message ?
