[Gmsh] how to install gmsh on MacOS

Dear Gmsh staff,

maybe I'm asking you a very silly question, but I would know how to install Gmsh on my laptop with latest version of MacOS. 
I've already downloaded source code and installation package and I've tried to run some examples from the tutorial, but it doesn't work.

Clearly I'm missing some steps…could you explain me the basics passages to install the software, please?
