[Gmsh] Point In Surface trouble with version 2.7.2

hello

i replayed and old .geo file and found this strange behavior of
Point{60} In Surface{311};
i looks like the characteristic length around this Point is bypassed
Point 60 is the middle of the yellow surface 311
this happens with   2.7.2 Build date 20130606 
and not with 2.7.0 Build date 201303013
