[Gmsh] Cut and merge faces

Hi Benjamin,
to apply "cut and merge faces", check the corresponding item (under Tools->Options->Geometry->General) and load your geometry (e.g. in STEP format). Then duplicated faces may be cleaned so that you get a conformal mesh. IF your geometry does not appear at all, try if you can load it with "cut and merge faces" unchecked. If this works, the healing has failed before and you cannot use the feature for this geometry.
I don't know of any detailed documentation about the "cut and merge faces" functionality.
