[Gmsh] Making a given point a vertex of the mesh

Dear all,

Say I have a cube and a point inside. Is it possible to make this point be
a vertex of the resulting mesh?
The closest commands i found are:
Point in Line, Line in Surface and Surface in Volume.

Is there something like Point in Volume?
Or do you plan to provide something like this?

I think a similar question was asked before in 2012 in the mailing list<http://www.geuz.org/pipermail/gmsh/2012/007658.html>,
but i don't think it was answered.

I am also fine to use Gmsh as a library (API), if that could help to
achieve the goal.

One way or another, i would be very happy to somehow make a given set of
points (~ten) inside the volume to be vertices.

Kind regards,
Denis.
