[Gmsh] How to use data .txt to create mesh

Hi,

I'am trying to create a geometry composed by circles using data that I 
obtained via Python. So i have the circles' coordinates and there radius in 
a .txt file. 
How can i import this file in gmsh ? And how can i use them (maybe in a 
.geo file) to define my geometry.
